Our simple idea in 2020 was to raise standards in the private rented sector (where according to official statistics tenants pay the highest cost yet get the poorest quality housing). At the time we were all renting, so we were all very familiar with bad landlords.
We worked night and day to develop our simple idea. Striving for perfection, we often made perfect the enemy of the good…but we have no regrets. Our goal was and is to be the best landlord in the UK.
