1. The offer is only applicable for Mini Heaven residents in an active tenancy agreement.

2. The offer is not valid for residents who have served notice, or who have terminated their tenancy agreement with Mini Heaven.

3. Signing a tenancy agreement and receiving the £100 Amazon voucher for the referred resident is subject to passing tenant referencing checks and all upfront payment is to be settled by the agreed move-in date.

4. The voucher will be gifted to you within the first 3 months of the tenancy start date of the referred resident and is subject to both parties adhering to the terms of their respective tenancy agreements.

5. No cash equivalents or alternative options will be entertained.

6. Mini Heaven has, at its discretion and without stating the reasons for doing so, the right to refuse this offer to any parties at any time.
